The Wieland Pallet Decoiler is an innovative and self-regulating system for decoiling level-wound copper tubes of approx. 5 - 25 mm.

This easy and fast setup reduces downtime of the following machine (e.g. cut-to-length or bending line) considerably.

It also reduces the risk of damage of the tubes during in-house handling and improves safety significantly as the coils remain on the pallet all the way through processing.

Function

  • complete set of coils including pallet (max. height 2.2 m) is placed without packaging on the decoiling system by e.g. a forklift or an electric pallet truck
  • tube end is easily fed to the following machine (supported by the Wieland Pallet Decoiler)
  • as soon as the following machine is working the decoiler provides tube in accordance with the speed of the following machine
  • as soon as the following machine stops the Wieland Pallet Decoiler stops automatically as well

Practical: Handling system for branded copper tube coils without cardboard packaging

Using this system level-wound copper tubes can be processed without the usual coil packaging (in cardboard).

Available as a complete system or a choice of:

Decoiling adapter, lifting strap and beam traverse
