Wieland finned tubes provide a significantly increased heat transfer surface resulting in a higher heat transfer coefficient as a function of design and application.

Wieland finned tubes are available in various shapes and can be used in heat exchangers such as internal heat exchangers IHX and connection lines.

Basic specifications

  • Materials: aluminium, copper, copper alloys (e.g. Wieland K65)
  • Dimensions: customized from <10mm to >50mm fin diameter, according to the needs of the application
  • Surface cleanliness: on request suitable for refrigerant applications
  • Available in straight lengths
    (on request: heat exchanger shape ready for installation)
